1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using WinDEETS ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Tiers
Free: WinDEETS is free for personal use and for organizations with gross annual revenue under $1,000,000 USD.
Commercial (paid license required): Any company, individual, or government entity with gross annual revenue or operating budget exceeding $1,000,000 USD.
Commercial users may evaluate WinDEETS free for 40 days. A license key must be purchased after this period.
3. License Grant
Turbo Client Systems, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use WinDEETS subject to this EULA.
Free Tier: Full core feature access. Qualifying commercial users will receive periodic license reminder notifications.
Licensed Tier: No reminders. Enterprise support included.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
Modify the Software or create derivative works based on it.
Bypass, disable, or attempt to circumvent the license verification system.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software as a standalone product.
Use the Software in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
5. Verification & Audit
We may request evidence of your organization's revenue status to confirm eligibility for the Free tier. False declarations, or failure to provide evidence upon request, constitute a breach of this EULA and may result in immediate license revocation.
6. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Turbo Client Systems, Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURBO CLIENT SYSTEMS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
9. Termination
This license terminates automatically, without notice, upon any breach of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Turbo Client Systems, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to This EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
