These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WinDEETS website (the "Site"), operated by Turbo Client Systems, Inc. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, or introduce malware or other harmful code.
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site through automated means without our prior written consent.
The Site provides access to download the WinDEETS application. Use of the downloaded software is governed separately by the WinDEETS End User License Agreement (EULA), available at /eula, not by these Terms.
Commercial licenses for WinDEETS are sold through the Site using Stripe as our payment processor. By purchasing a commercial license, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete billing information.
Pay all fees at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.
Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy, which govern the handling of your payment information; we do not store your full payment card details ourselves.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, license fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Turbo Client Systems, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURBO CLIENT SYSTEMS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Turbo Client Systems, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
